Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Worthland Landscaping. By requesting, scheduling, or receiving our services, you agree to the terms below.

Estimates

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may change if actual property conditions, the scope of work, or service requirements differ from the information originally provided.

Biweekly Mowing Service

Worthland Landscaping provides scheduled biweekly mowing service.

Each standard mowing visit includes:

• Mowing

• Edging

• String trimming around fences, flower beds, and other obstacles

• Blowing grass clippings and debris from hard surfaces

One-time mowing services are not offered.

Service schedules may be affected by weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. When possible, service will be rescheduled.

Landscaping Services

Landscaping and flower bed maintenance services may include weeding, cleanup, bush trimming, small tree trimming, plant and flower maintenance, planting, mulch installation, mulch refreshes, seasonal cleanup, and small landscape improvements.

The exact scope of work and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins.

Worthland Landscaping does not provide large tree trimming services.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.

Gates should be unlocked, pets secured, and areas requiring service reasonably accessible. Worthland Landscaping is not responsible for delays or missed service caused by restricted access.

Customer Responsibility

Customers should inform Worthland Landscaping about known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation components, hidden obstacles, delicate plants, or other conditions that may affect the safe completion of work.

Worthland Landscaping is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed or hidden conditions.

Weather and Scheduling

Services may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, severe weather, excessively wet conditions, or other unsafe working conditions.

We will make reasonable efforts to return to the normal service schedule as soon as conditions allow.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated to the customer before or at the time services are scheduled. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon terms for the specific service.

Changes or Cancellations

Customers should notify Worthland Landscaping as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel a scheduled service.

Biweekly mowing is currently offered in Round Rock, Georgetown, and Hutto, Texas.

Landscaping services are offered in Round Rock, Georgetown, and Hutto, with nearby areas considered upon request.
